Machine Operator – Day & Night Shifts

Job Summary

We're hiring experienced Machine Operators for our modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Baldwyn, MS. This clean, fast-paced production environment is a great fit for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work.

Before starting, all candidates will complete a facility tour to make sure the role and environment are the right match.

Shifts & Pay

• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $15.00/hour
• Day Shift available (pay based on experience)
• Shifts run 10+ hours, with occasional overtime
