General Laborer – Weekend Night Shift

Location: Verona, MS
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Guaranteed 40 Hours Per Week

Training Schedule (Month of August):

• Day Shift
• Friday – Saturday (with additional weekdays as needed)
• Candidates must be available to complete all required day shift training during the month of August.

Permanent Schedule (After Training):

• Night Shift
• Friday – Sunday Nights
• Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to this permanent weekend night shift schedule.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our warehouse team in Verona, MS. This position supports daily operations within the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by ensuring materials are moved safely, production remains on schedule, and warehouse operations run efficiently.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general warehouse duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting.
• Safely transport, organize, and stage materials to support production.
• Work in warm industrial conditions while maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Successfully complete the required August day shift training program before transitioning to the permanent weekend night shift.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience (1–3 years preferred).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials on a regular basis.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical work for extended periods.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to commit to both the required August training schedule and the permanent Friday–Sunday night shift.
