As a Flexographic Printer, you will play a vital role in our production process by operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses. You will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials that meet our customers' expectations. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $24 - $29, commensurate with experience, along with a supportive team culture that values continuous improvement and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain equipment in accordance with company standards
• Prepare inks and substrates for production
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in troubleshooting press issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in flexographic printing
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Familiarity with printing processes is a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
