As a Speech Therapist at Talentspoc, you will work directly with a diverse range of patients to assess and provide therapeutic interventions for speech and language disorders. We offer a competitive salary range of ₹125,000 - ₹140,000 per month, along with supportive mentorship to help you grow in your career.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions and monitor progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on techniques for communication improvement
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in speech therapy
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience 
• Strong understanding of speech and language development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Empathy and patience in working with patients
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
