Job Description:

• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET.
• Build frontend applications using Angular 18.
• Manage, optimize, tune, and backup SQL databases.
• Deliver enterprise applications through cross-functional team collaboration.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with cloud and microservices architecture.
• Support finance systems and internal platforms.
• Explore AI-assisted development and workflow automation. 
• Enterprise System Complexity: Delivering and maintaining scalable, enterprise-grade applications within a financial context requires high precision and strict adherence to performance and reliability standards.
• Rapid Technological Evolution: The role requires navigating a shift toward AI-driven development, necessitating constant learning and integration of new tools such as LLMs, AI agents, and Vector databases.
• Cross-Functional Dependency: Success relies on the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while supporting complex, mission-critical finance systems.
• Technical Versatility: Balancing backend development (.NET/REST APIs) with frontend requirements (Angular 18) and database optimization (MySQL) demands a high degree of technical adaptability.
• Agile Deadline Management: Operating within an Agile/Scrum environment while supporting internal business platforms requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under fixed schedules

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in backend development.
• Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET, Angular, and MySQL.
• Technical Hands-on: Experience with REST APIs and SQL.
• Methodology: Agile / Scrum.
• Preferred: Enterprise or finance system experience.
• Nice to Have (AI & Advanced Skills): Azure cloud, Python, Vue.js, Power BI (DAX, modeling), LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG), and Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone).
