Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations for vascular surgery
- Assist in the development and management of treatment plans
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Collaborate with surgical teams during procedures
- Educate patients and families about vascular health
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant healthcare field
- Current NP or PA license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in vascular surgery or related fields is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: 10 hour day shifts, 4 days per week
Daily Volume: 7-10 cases
Procedures Required: Endoscopic vein harvesting
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
ACLS & CALS required
Paid travel & expenses
