Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide primary care services and preventive health advice
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Participate in health education sessions for patients and families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns
- Stay current with medical practices and advancements
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Current NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical competencies in family medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
No call required
Outpatient only
Daily Volume: 18-20 patients
Patient Population: All ages
Appointments: 30 minutes for new patients, 15 minutes for follow-ups
Support Staff: MA, RN, and PSRs
EMR: Epic
Board certification required
BLS required
