Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients in emergency settings
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and support
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Adhere to established protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Active NP or PA license in the state
- Experience in emergency medicine preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

No ICU
Standard ER Procedures Required: Central lines, chest tubes, vents, etc.
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required
