As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. You will collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring high-quality imaging services that meet the needs of our community. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
• Interpret imaging results and communicate findings to referring physicians
• Provide consultation to medical staff regarding imaging techniques and patient care
• Maintain accurate records of patient diagnoses and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the radiology department
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with advancements in radiology and imaging technology

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of West Virginia
• Board certification in Radiology
• Experience in performing and interpreting various imaging techniques
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Flexible Schedule: 1 week in every 3 weeks

Case Volume: 7 RVUs per hour

Patient Population: Pediatrics

Must be board-certified
