. This full-time, on-site position is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level physician to provide comprehensive care to our diverse patient population in a dynamic medical practice environment.

As a Locum MD, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical services, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position allows you to gain invaluable experience while contributing to the health and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and treatment in accordance with established medical guidelines
• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose medical conditions
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in on-call duties as needed
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
• Stay current with medical advancements and ongoing education

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Setting: Outpatient

Daily Volume: 12-14 patients

Support Staff: Additional MDs, APPs, pediatrician, OB/GYN, X-ray tech, etc.

EMR: RPMS

Any state license accepted

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
