 This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality vascular care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. As an on-site medical professional, you will work closely with our surgical team and healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and drive medical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with vascular conditions
• Perform a variety of vascular surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and surgical staff
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency interventions
• Engage in continuous education and advanced technique training
• Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Current board certification in Vascular Surgery
• Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in vascular surgery
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education
• Level II Trauma

24-hour call coverage (7a-7a), specific dates

Daily Volume: 3-4 admissions

Patient Population: Adult and geriatric

Required Procedures: Abdominal open and endovascular

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

DEA highly preferred
