Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including urinary disorders, kidney stones, prostate issues, and male reproductive health.
  • Perform urologic procedures and surgeries as required by the facility (endoscopic, minimally invasive, and OR‑based).
  • Conduct inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, and follow‑up care.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging, cystoscopy, uroflow, and lab results.
  • Collaborate with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and regulatory standards.

Assignment Details

  • Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
  • Beeper call required
  • Patient Census: 10 per day
  • Cases: Full-scope pediatric urology
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Urology
  • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA registration
  • Strong surgical and clinical decision‑making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
