Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Perform otolaryngological procedures and surgeries as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current with advances in Otolaryngology best practices
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses and treatment options
  • Engage with patients and families to support their healthcare journey

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with specialization in Otolaryngology
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of California
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in Otolaryngology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
  • Experience in patient management and care coordination
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

Schedule: 24-hour beeper call shifts, specific dates

Setting: Inpatient

Duties: ED call and inpatient consults

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified

Additional Certifications: DEA

Paid travel & expenses
