As a Locum Ob/Gyn, you will provide exceptional patient care while managing a diverse range of obstetric and gynecologic cases. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology
  • Perform routine examinations and gynecologic procedures
  • Manage pregnancies and deliver babies safely
  • Conduct patient consultations and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure quality care
  • Stay compliant with medical regulations and protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities
  • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Active medical licensure in the relevant state
  • Ob/Gyn residency training and board eligibility
  • Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare setting
  • Prior experience in a locum or similar role is a plus
  • Commitment to providing quality care and continuous improvement

Schedule: 8a-5p, 4 or 5-day workweek

Setting: Multiple clinics (only one location per shift)

Number of Beds: 10

Daily Admissions: 18-20 patients

Clinic Duties: Colposcopy, IUD insertion, LEEPs, endometrial biopsies, and reading ultrasounds

Hospital Duties: Hysteroscopy, D&C, and hysterectomies

Support Staff: MA and sonographers

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified 

BLS & DEA preferred

Paid travel & expenses
