As a Locum Ob/Gyn physician, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality medical care to patients, addressing a range of women's health issues, and collaborating with a talented team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to delivering outstanding patient services in a thriving medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
• Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and preventive care
• Manage labor and delivery processes
• Diagnose and treat various women's health conditions
• Consult and collaborate with other medical professionals as needed
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
• Participate in patient education and counseling
• Oversee the care of both high-risk and low-risk pregnancies

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Ob/Gyn (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Proficient in medical software and record-keeping systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in an Ob/Gyn role is preferred
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment

Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts, 7a-7a

Level II NICU

Annual Volume: 250 deliveries

Support Staff: In-house anesthesia

EMR: Meditech

Board certification required
