Responsibilities
- Perform neurosurgical procedures and consult with patients as needed
- Evaluate and diagnose neurosurgical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with advancements in neurosurgery practices and techniques
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up on surgical patients
- Participate in patient education regarding neurosurgical options
- Assist in training and mentoring medical staff and residents
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution
- Relevant residency training in Neurosurgery
- Valid medical license in the state of Florida
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting is preferred
Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month
Case Types: Full-scope neuro/endo surgery
Must be board-certified
