As a Locum MD/DO, you will play a crucial role in managing complex pregnancies and providing high-quality care to expectant mothers. You'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for both mothers and their babies. Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and management for high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families about pregnancy-related issues
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technology effectively
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in maternal fetal medicine
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Board certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• Experience in a clinical setting, specifically in high-risk obstetrics
• Strong analytical and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Active medical license in good standing

Flexible Schedule: Weekdays, 8/9a-5p

Weeknight and weekend call shifts available

Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Level III NICU

Inpatient Volume: 2-4 admitted antepartum patients per day + consults

Outpatient Volume: 5-10 office visits per day + OB and GYN scans

Annual Deliveries: ~3,500

Strong clinical support

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
