Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to hospitalized patients
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Manage chronic illnesses and acute care needs
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in medical records
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention
- Participate in on-call rotations as required
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- 1-3 years of hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospital protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
1:10 overnight call rotation
617-bed facility
Closed ICU
Average Daily Census: 250 patients
Average Daily Admits: 38 patients
Duties: Rounding and admits
No procedures required
Support Staff: APPs
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
