**7 on / 7 off Work Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM**  

**Start Date: August 31**

- This position is fully IP-based, covering cross-coverage, admissions, coding, and rapid responses during night shifts.

**Core Privileges (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) – Proctoring Not Required**  

- **EMR and Dictation Platforms:** EPIC and Dragon.

**Required Qualifications and Credentials:**  

- **Certifications:** Current ACLS and BLS.  

- **Experience:** 50 inpatient encounters documented within the past 12 months.  

- **Board Certification:** Must be board certified or board eligible.  

- **Licensure:** Active Michigan license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility.
