We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is the backbone of our accounting department, focusing on General Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Requisitions (PR/AP), and meticulous Bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is a Tally Prime expert who ensures that every transaction is recorded with precision. While the primary focus is bookkeeping, candidates with a functional understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances will have a significant advantage.

What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities)

• General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily books of accounts. Ensure all journal, contra, and payment entries are recorded correctly in Tally Prime.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage the end-to-end sales billing process. Coordinate with the sales team to generate invoices, track customer payments, and perform regular ledger reconciliations.
• Purchase Requisition & Payables (PR/AP): Process purchase orders and record vendor invoices. Ensure that all procurement-related entries (PR) are validated and adjusted against final bills.
• Bank & Cash Management: Handle daily bank entries and perform weekly bank reconciliations. Manage petty cash records and ensure all office expenses are accounted for.
• Vendor & Customer Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile statements with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean balances.
• Statutory Support (The "Plus" Factor): Assist the Senior Finance Manager in preparing data for GST (R1 & 3B), TDS deductions, and other monthly statutory filings.
• Audit Assistance: Organize and maintain physical and digital vouchers/documentation to support internal and external audits.
• MIS Support: Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on collections, pending payments, and cash positions for management review.

Ideal Candidate (Requirements)

• Education: B.Com or M.Com graduate or MBA FInance
• Tally Prime Mastery: 100% proficiency is mandatory. You must be fast, accurate, and comfortable with all shortcuts and features of Tally Prime.
• Accounting Foundations: A rock-solid understanding of the Golden Rules of Accounting and financial principles.
• Relevant Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a product-based company or a busy accounting firm.
• Compliance Awareness (Preferred): Basic to intermediate knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI is a strong plus.
• Excel Skills: Ability to use MS Excel for data sorting, basic formulas, and reconciliation trackers.
• Attributes: High level of integrity, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily data-entry deadlines.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
