NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager to join our team on-site in Chillicothe. This full-time position presents a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic restaurant environment while enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 yearly, along with opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent service
• Collaborate with the management team to develop business strategies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance, including budget managing and cost control
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in inventory control and financial management
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software
