As a Restaurant Manager, you will be key in overseeing dining operations, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within the dynamic hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
• Manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels
• Develop and implement operational procedures and standards
• Train and mentor team members for optimal performance
• Coordinate with the culinary team to develop menu items

Requirements

• Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
