As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and product quality while optimizing team performance. You will play a crucial role in shaping the dining experience we offer to our guests, collaborating closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve our strategic goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth in the vibrant restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment
- Implement and maintain operational and service standards in line with company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality
- Manage budgets and financial performance to meet profitability goals
- Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and receive feedback
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify and resolve issues
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
