NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our growing team in Palm Beach Gardens. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, along with benefits that support your growth in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of essential products
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to forecast needs
• Analyze purchasing data to drive cost savings and efficiencies
• Prepare purchasing reports and performance metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, pricing, merchandising, or category management
• Food retail, grocery, foodservice, hospitality, or distribution background preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management or related field is preferred
