Product Manager

On behalf of an iGaming company undergoing significant product and market expansion, we are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of the customer experience across its digital products, helping shape how players discover, engage with, and return to the platform. This is a highly visible role that combines product strategy, customer insight, commercial thinking, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with technology, marketing, operations, payments, and compliance teams to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement, increase conversion, and support long-term retention.

Your Impact

• Optimising customer journeys across web and mobile experiences
• Driving conversion, engagement, and retention improvements through data-led decision making
• Partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable product enhancements
• Identifying opportunities to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
• Balancing commercial priorities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
• Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

You Bring 

• Experience managing digital products within iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or other customer-centric online environments
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, product analytics, and conversion optimisation
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
• Experience operating in fast-moving and highly collaborative environments
