Helping Hands Hale LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Volcano. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need, ensuring they maintain their dignity and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and fostering a nurturing environment that empowers our clients. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $25 - $45, reflecting the value we place on your commitment and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Help clients with mobility and physical activities
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine compassion and dedication to helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and perform tasks with attention to detail
• Comfort with technology for reporting and communication
• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment
• Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
