CLIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Location: 100% Remote - US 
Job Type: Full-time 40hrs OR Part-time 20hrs
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM EST. Flexible shifts + No weekends required
Bonus: Up to $3,000/year in performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Be a Problem Solver: Be the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Client Success: Guide patients, providers, and partners through billing, scheduling, insurance, and account questions
- Own the Experience: Resolve issues fast, follow up, and make sure every client feels heard
- Team Collaboration: Work with billing, insurance, and support teams to get answers quickly
- Data & Quality: Log interactions in CRM, hit CSAT and response time goals, and help us improve

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service, client support, or healthcare admin preferred — but we’ll train the right person
- Communication: Amazing written + verbal skills. You’re empathetic, clear, and professional
- Tech Skills: Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office. 45+ WPM typing
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Reliable internet + quiet workspace. HIPAA training provided
