Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate chat support to students and parents
• Assist with inquiries related to enrollment, scheduling, and educational resources
• Document and track interactions to ensure effective follow-ups
• Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and improve the support process
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Requirements
